• All bookings are Non refundable.
• In person check-in available between 15:00 - 22:00 ONLY. For arrival after 22:00, online check-in must be completed to receive self check-in details.
• Room only rate, no meals included, shared kitchen and Pay-as-you-go laundry facilities available for guest use
• Mini fridge available in selected room types (please see respective descriptions)
• Strictly No Smoking (including e-cig & vaping), £100 cleaning fee applies for evidence of smoking  
• Limited free parking spaces are first come first served and cannot be reserved
• No visitors exceeding room capacity allowed, surcharges may apply for extra guests found, please book for correct no. of guests
• Card used for the booking will be used for security damage guarantee for up to £100 incidentals, details can be found HERE
