We can accommodate flexible length (e.g. 1 months and 8 days). 

*You can sign up for up to 90 days, the Licensee does NOT have right to automatically renew and/or extend this License Agreement upon its expiration. Any stay extension request after 90 days stay will be contracted by a separate Licence agreement, subject to availability and rate at the time.

Your room & private ensuite bathroom is private to your own use.

Other facilities such as Kitchen/Dining area/Laundry/Garden are communal with other guests.

Fortnightly Housekeeping service included in your rate.

Linens are also included and will be refreshed during housekeeping run.

You can choose to either :

Pay upfront for the entire duration of your stay at booking confirmation at a discounted rate.

or 

Pay monthly in advance during your licence agreement period, without the pay upfront discount. 

Rate displayed includes 3% discount for BACS payment, such discount will be lost for card payment, 

You can sign up for up to 3 months (90days) to secure your availability and rate from market fluctuations, however penalty applies for early terminations.

All rates displayed are VAT inclusive.

Your stay will be contracted by a hotel guest licence agreement.

No references/proof of income needed, subject to T&Cs in the signed agreement.

A debit/credit card authorisation required during your stay. 

Right to rent check is required in accordance to government requirement when cumulative stay exceeds 3 months.

Responsible visitors are allowed until 10pm daily subject to house rules.

To maintain stay quality of other guests, strictly no visitors exceeding room capacity are allowed to remain on the premises during 10pm-8am.

Maximum capacity of our rooms are 2 persons (except Single Room is 1).

Minimum stay age is 3. Occupant aged 3-18 must stay with a 18+ responsible adult*. Child is counted as one occupant regardless of age.

*We reserve right, at our sole discretion, to reject any stay requests if we are not convinced that the child occupant can be responsibly taken care of.

One on-site parking permit per room can be purchased at £48 pcm.

Registered vehicle can park on site anytime during the paid month. However, please note parking bays are first come first served and cannot be guaranteed.
