Check-In/Out

  • What time is Check-in/out

    Check-in window is 15:00 - 22:00 / Checkout is before 11:00 (contactless check-out, no check-out procedures needed)

  • What is required at check-in?

    1. Your debit/credit card (prepaid cards are not accepted) for security guarantee authorisation
    2. Your booking confirmation (No need to print)
  • Can I check-in before 3pm?

    Subject to availability, early check-in from 12midday can be purchased at £15/room, please get in touch to check for availability if required. Unless confirmed, please do not turn up directly for early check-in before 3pm.


  • I will be arriving after 10pm, what should I do?

    For arrivals after 10pm, online check-in must be completed in advance to save a debit/credit card to receive self-check-in details via Whatsapp, please get in touch for details. Bookings not checked-in by 22:00 will be regarded as “No Show” without refund.

  • Can I opt for self check-in?

    We aim to check-in all first time guests in person to ensure a smooth process, if you prefer self check-in instead, please get in touch to complete online check-in in advance to save a debit/credit card to receive self-check-in details via Whatsapp

  • Can I drop off my luggage before check-in/after check-out?

    Luggage storage can be arranged from 11am before check-in and up till 6pm after check-out, you must get in touch to prebook if required. Unless confirmed, please do not turn up directly for luggage drop off.

  • Can I check-out after 11am?

    Subject to availability, extended check-out until 1pm can be purchased at £15/room, please get in touch to check for availability if required. 

  • I do not have Whatsapp, can I still opt for online check-in?

    Unfortunately not. Whatsapp allows communication with guests from all over the globe. Self check-in details also contain images and texts in which Whatsapp is the most ideal channel for this purpose.

Parking

  • Can I reserve a parking bay?

    Limited on site paring/EV charging are available for guests' registered vehicle first come first served and cannot be reserved.

  • What if all bays are occupied at my arrival?

    On street parking/council carpark can also be found nearby, please refer to details HERE.

  • Can I park more than 1 car on-site?

    ONE car per room can be registered at Check-in

  • Any height/length restrictions?

    Due to limited space, only standard vehicles (with <2m height) are accepted

  • Is EV charger available?

    1 x 7kWh EV charger (accessible by 2 bays) available. Please note all bays available to all vehicle types, NOT EV ONLY. Please refer to tariff HERE and activation instructions at the reception.

  • Can I park my car with you before check-in/after check-out?

    Free parking starts from check-in time (3pm) until check-out time (11am), surcharges apply for early/extended parking, tariff can be found HERE.

  • Are you inside LEZ/ULEZ zone?

    From 29/8/2023, we are included inside the London ULEZ zone, details can be found HERE

Food & Drinks

  • Is breakfast served on site?

    All our rooms are sold at Room-only rate. There are plenty of restaurants/cafes within walking distance of us, shared kitchen is also available for guest use.

  • Can I cook my own food on site?

    Communal kitchen is available for guest use. Use of any cooking applicances in the rooms is strictly prohibited and breaches our insurance policy.

  • Are there any other light refreshments available?

    There is vending machine on site selling confectionary, drinks, cup noodles etc, please refer to Food&Drinks page for details.
