Garden Hire Package: £119 (Up to 10 Guests, including adults and children)

  • Exclusive Garden Access: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM (Fixed time slot).
  • Ready-to-Go BBQ: Ready to use BBQ setup with charcoal included (Just bring your favourite food@!).
  • Chilled Drinks: Your choice of 10 Beers or Soft Drinks, served in ice bucket.
  • Disposable Tableware: Disposable plates, cutlery, and essentials provided.
  • On-site Parking: 1 complimentary on-site parking space included for the duration of your event.
  • No Hassle: After event housekeeping service included#, leave the clean-up to us!


Optional Add-on to customise Your Day

  • Rainy Day Flex protection (£12.99): Extra peace of mind, cancel for any reason by 18:00 (6pm) the day before your event and receive an 90% package refund.
  • Guest Room Access (£50): Add access to our Standard Double Room for the duration of your event. Perfect for private toilet use, baby changing, or a quiet toddler nap.
  • Extra Refreshments (£25): An additional round of 10 drinks.
  • Advance Storage (£5): Drop off your cake or BBQ food early so it's chilled and ready when you arrive.
  • Additional Parking: £6 per vehicle (Subject to bay availability).
  • Balloon Decor: Helium balloons available for your theme (Subject to Availability, please enquire for a quote).

@Food prep station and tools provided, guests are responsible for the safe storage and cooking of their own food.

# £100 damage deposit required, guests are required to upkeep the venue at a reasonable condition/cleanliness, fee/penalty applies for excessive/malicious dirt/soiling left after the event

*£25 non-refundable deposit at confirmation to secure availability, remaining balance to be settled 7 days in advance. Date change is accepted until 7 days in advance. Cancellation must be submitted before 18:00 the day before, with Rainy Day Flex protection, 90% of the Standard package (£119) plus the paid optional add-ons will be refunded (excluding the £12.99 protection fee). Without Rainy Day Flex protection, only optional add-ons will be refunded.
